Either you or Caligenix may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, upon us receiving written notice from the other party. Caligenix reserves the right to refuse or terminate the membership of any individual that our editorial staff deems not up to the standards of this website based upon the discretion of the editorial staff. Caligenix reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the service, without notice and without refund upon any breach of this Agreement by you, which may be brought to our attention.
